Your visit, your choice.

Optional website analytics

Songscape is an independent studio run by José. If you accept analytics, this website loads Rybbit through a first-party proxy at /scripts/script.js. We use website usage statistics to understand visits and improve the site. The tracker stays off until you accept; you can browse without accepting.

Rybbit provides cookieless analytics. Its service can process information such as pages visited, referrers, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from an IP address. SeeRybbit's privacy policy for information about the analytics provider. Cookieless does not mean that no information is processed.

Remembering and changing your choice

We store your acceptance or rejection and its expiry in your browser's local storage under songscape-analytics-consent-v1 for 180 days. This preference is separate from analytics and stays in your browser. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.

Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance reloads the page to stop the running tracker and also stops it in other open tabs on this site. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not delete information already collected.

Messages and shipping notices

If you email us, we receive the information you send. If you subscribe to shipping notices, your email address is submitted to Kit to deliver those updates. This is separate from your analytics choice. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. See Kit's privacy policy.
